01 / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sentiras (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02 / Description of Service

Sentiras provides an intelligence and monitoring platform for Android devices, supporting counter-surveillance, household oversight, and family safety operational profiles. The Service includes location intelligence, call and SMS oversight, chat log review, screen time management, tamper-resistant monitoring, and related capabilities.

03 / Eligibility & Legal Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Sentiras, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device being monitored, or you have obtained explicit, informed consent from the device owner.
• You are using the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You will not use the Service for unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• For household monitoring, you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor whose device is being monitored.

Important: Unauthorized monitoring of another person's device may violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

04 / Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

05 / Subscriptions & Payments

• Sentiras offers Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly subscription plans.
• All plans provide full access to every feature with no feature gates.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All prices are in USD and are subject to change with prior notice.

06 / Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@sentiras.co within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if substantial use of the Service has occurred.

07 / Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Sentiras and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

08 / Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to monitor devices without proper legal authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

09 / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentiras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 / Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11 / Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentiras, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12 / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13 / Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
