01 / Where orders ship from

Sentinel and related counter-surveillance equipment are fulfilled from Italy. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's facility.

02 / Courier & delivery time

Orders are delivered by courier. The specific courier, service level, shipping cost, and estimated transit time vary by destination and are confirmed to the buyer before dispatch. We do not promise a fixed number of days in transit because it depends on the destination and the service selected.

03 / Neutral packaging

Equipment ships in neutral outer packaging with no product details, brand markings, or category references visible on the exterior.

04 / Legal destinations & review

Orders are accepted where Sentinel can legally be supplied and imported. Some destinations may require prior review, additional information, or may not be served at all. If an order cannot be shipped to a destination, we contact the buyer before dispatch.

05 / Customs, duties & import taxes

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with local requirements for security equipment in the destination country.

06 / Digital delivery (Sentiras Monitor)

Sentiras Monitor subscriptions are delivered digitally. License and download details are sent to the email address used at purchase, normally within 24-48 hours after order review.

07 / Fulfilment partner

Sentinel is fulfilled in Italy through Endoacustica Europe S.r.l., Via Umberto Terracini 22, 70029 Santeramo in Colle (Bari), Italy, VAT IT06836020724. The partner coordinates courier dispatch and operational return and warranty handling. Sentiras remains the customer-facing point of contact for orders and support.
